Yes, TibetanDate is 100% free to access worldwide without registration.

2. Does the AI assistant compute calendar dates?

No. AI helps explain calendar results. All date calculations use the deterministic Phugpa calendar algorithm. AI never calculates calendar dates.

3. Why do Tibetan dates skip or double?

In the Phugpa lunisolar system, a lunar day (tshes) is 1/30th of a synodic month. Varying lunar orbital speeds cause lunar days to finish faster or slower than solar 24-hour days.
